All of us were made to live for something important. We seem to know that our lives were meant to count and are constantly looking for something significant. The problem is that our lives get bogged down in the mundane, and we live and are occupied by the everyday problems of life, as if they were what is of ultimate value. In those moments of strife with the teenager in the hall, or martial strife or battles in the workplace, we forget that we were made for God. It is not that we are not to be involved in these moments, but we settle for representing ourselves and our will instead of God's. We need to be occupied with the Lord, Someone who brings significance to the mundane of life. All of us were made to live for purpose and meaning. The most important thing in life is not to get our will done, or to acquire things, or to live hassle-free lives. The most important thing of life is not a thing at all, but a Person. We are called to live for Christ. Let us all use the trials of everyday life to live for Him who is worthy of all worship!!
